This policy explains what personal data we collect through into.rs, why we collect it, on what legal basis, and what rights you have.
Who processes your data

What we collect
Contact form: your name, email address, company name and the message you send. The IP address the form was sent from is recorded as well, to protect against abuse.
Technical data: our server keeps standard access logs (IP address, time, requested address, browser) for security and correct operation of the site.
Visit statistics: we measure visits with Matomo, an analytics tool running on our own server. It is configured without cookies, the IP address is anonymised before it is stored, and the data stays with us and is not shared with anyone. There is no advertising and no cross-site tracking, and nothing is stored on your device.
Why we process it and on what basis
Answering your enquiry and further business communication. Legal basis: steps taken at your request, or our legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry.
Security, form-abuse prevention and technical operation of the site. Legal basis: legitimate interest.
Who we share data with
We do not sell your data and do not pass it to third parties for marketing purposes.
Messages from the contact form arrive in our business mailbox and our internal CRM system, where they are handled only by authorised INTO d.o.o. staff. The website and email are hosted by our hosting provider, which processes data on our instructions.
We may disclose data to competent authorities where required by law.
How long we keep data
Enquiry data is kept while your request and any follow-up communication are ongoing, and at most 24 months from the last contact, unless law requires longer retention.
Server logs are kept short-term, within our hosting provider's standard retention.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection and data portability.
Send requests to office@into.rs. We reply within 30 days at the latest.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Serbian Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection.
Children
This site is aimed at a business audience. We do not knowingly collect data about persons under 16.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The version in force is published on this page, with the date of the last change shown at the top.
